We deliver our exclusive products within Germany as well as to selected EU countries. To guarantee absolute genetic freshness and immediate availability of high-end equipment, we operate with a decentralized two-pillar logistics system:

  • US Genetics (Seeds): Dispatched climate-controlled directly from our specialized fresh-storage facility in Spain.

  • Hardware & Nutrients: Dispatched securely packaged directly from our German central warehouse.

2. Delivery Times

  • US Genetics, Hardware & Nutrients: Delivery time is typically 3–5 business days following receipt of payment and order confirmation. We always strive for the fastest possible dispatch so your projects proceed without delay.

Important Note for Combined Orders (Duo-Logistics)

If you order high-end equipment/nutrients and US genetics simultaneously, your products will be dispatched from two separate warehouses for logistical reasons. In this case, our optimized Duo-Logistics flat fee of €14.90 total applies to cover both parcels together.

4. Maximum Discretion & Shipping Methods

Discretion is our highest priority. All shipments (especially genetics) leave the facility in 100% neutral and completely odor-free packaging. There are zero visible references to the contents or the shop brand. We partner exclusively with established, reliable express couriers ensuring secure handover right to your front door.

5. Seamless Tracking

As soon as your order departs the respective facility, you will automatically receive a dispatch confirmation email containing your personal tracking number to monitor your parcel in real-time online.

6. Non-Delivery and Returns
